According to an announcement made by the Samsung Romania website, Android 2.2 version upgrade for Samsung Galaxy 5 I5503 will be available by the mid of March and upgrade for the Samsung galaxy 3 I5801 will be available by the end of March. We expect the upgrades to reach India soon.
Since Samsung Galaxy 3 And Galaxy 5 are among the oldest mobile phones of the Galaxy series, so the upgrades were unexpected. However, you guys have now a reason to retain your old Galaxy phones.
